Continuing on with
recipes from Ottolenghi's Jerusalem cookbook, Kofta
is something I've never tried making before. I fell for the beautiful photo included with the recipe and after almost 3 years to the date of
first spotting that huge bottle of ghee at Costco
, I am finally using ghee for the first time. I used considerably more salt than the recipe called for, but I am a salty gal.
I served this with some rice and orzo, tzatziki, and a Greek salad. Yum!
