Linguini with White Prawns and Tomato Cream Sauce

A simple tomato sauce from my previous post was all that was needed for this absolutely delicious pasta dish.  To the tomato sauce, I added white prawns sauteed with garlic and diced tomatoes.  We were all in love.  Add freshly grated parmesan and ground black pepper to taste.  Heaven!  The sun setting behind the mountains and its glow across the beach did not hurt.  What fresh air and sun can do to make a simple meal magical.
