Usually after being out of town for a few days and not having had any Asian food, I start to get some withdrawal symptoms. So, inevitably, we always have Chinese the first day home. Tonight we had hong shao pork ribs, oyster sauce beef and sauteed brocoli. The sauce of the ribs is a favorite of my kids' for pouring over the rice. Basically, you can put it on just about anything and it's a little bit of tummy bliss.
